I ordered the wrong size but they said they are unable to exchange it for free. I paid $50 extra for remake of blind. The size is perfect now but i suppose they should give me a exchange free of charge since its my first purchase. they offered me complimentary 15 years warranty so i am kind of good with the order but still i had to pay $50 extra for exchanging it. Quality is good so far.

When they said they use aluminum for top and bottom, i ordered it straight away. I had Maxxmar blinds before but quality was bad since they use plastic top and bottom. I love the look and blinds. They are way better than other big companies.
